Steps for Students to Make Their Green Heroes Bookmark:

1. Materials Needed:
   • Recycled paper or cardstock.
   • Markers, colored pencils, or paints.
   • Stickers and eco-friendly embellishments (like leaf stickers or reusable materials).
   • Scissors and glue for assembling.
2. Steps:
   • Step 1: Cut the paper into a bookmark-sized strip (usually around 2” x 6”).
   • Step 2: Draw or paint their superhero character or eco-symbols.
   • Step 3: Add a catchy slogan or phrase promoting sustainability.
   • Step 4: Decorate the bookmark with colours, patterns, or additional eco-friendly materials like recycled buttons or fabric scraps.
   • Step 5: Punch a hole at the top and add a piece of string or yarn for a decorative touch.
   • Step 6: Optional: Add a thin layer of eco-friendly clear tape to the back to make the bookmark more durable.
